Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will ensure rigorous governance of communications collateral and serve as the chief editor for all written materials. This strategic role requires a blend of at least five years' experience and strong relationships across the public and corporate sectors to support organizational goals and reduce operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective governance and updating of communication channels
• Act as the chief editor for communications content
• Maintain and optimize communication resources for efficiency
• Conduct audits for relevance and accuracy of materials
• Provide leadership on improvement initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in journalism, communications, or writing
• Degree or diploma in a related discipline
• Familiarity with Canada’s oil and gas sector preferred
• Strong editorial and writing capabilities with CP Style knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills and multitasking ability
Support CAPP by enhancing the effectiveness of its communication efforts through strategic governance and high-quality editing.
