Join First Service Residential as a Team Lead for Community Support Services in Alberta. You'll oversee a dedicated team in administrative services, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
This role, based out of Calgary with travel to Edmonton, focuses on managing Community Support Services associates. With 3-5 years of management experience, you will implement workflows, improve processes, and facilitate communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and edit documents to prescribed standards
• Conduct team performance reviews and deliver feedback
• Resolve administrative challenges with Condo Managers
• Manage CSS tickets and administrative processes
• Oversee recruitment and training of new staff
Requirements:
• Strong office management experience (3-5 years)
• High school diploma or GED mandatory
• Degree in a related field is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Capacity to lift objects up to 50 pounds
