Position: All Star Landscaping Field Supervisor
Take the lead at All Star Landscaping as a Field Supervisor, driving quality landscaping and snow removal projects. This full-time role focuses on crew management, production optimization, and employee training.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Field Supervisor is essential for maintaining high production rates across multiple job sites. Key responsibilities include training, overseeing quality control, and making strategic decisions that impact crew efficiency. You'll play an important role in developing team skills and ensuring compliance with safety policies, protecting the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize production rates for all landscaping crews

• Schedule labor and allocate resources efficiently

• Train and develop field employees effectively

• Ensure safety policies are consistently followed

• Provide daily updates on project progress

Requirements:

• 5+ years of landscape management experience

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with LMN and Site Docs systems

• Experience in equipment operation and maintenance

• Valid driver's license required
