Position: Skills Training Manager for Employment Programs
Lead impactful employment training initiatives as the Skills Training Manager ve strategic leadership, oversee program outcomes, and enhance community engagement to support low-income individuals.

As the Skills Training Manager, you will supervise team members and provide direction to ensure effective skill development and sustainable employment opportunities. You will work closely with other managers to align training programs with Momentum's mission while fostering industry partnerships. Your ability to manage finances and engage stakeholders is critical in achieving successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise Skills Training team members

• Provide strategic leadership for Employment Training programs

• Co-lead department business planning and development

• Manage team finances to maintain budget compliance

• Develop strong community and industry engagement

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Demonstrated leadership in training or human services

• Experience with marginalized individuals or communities

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of program evaluation and quality improvement
