Reporting to the Manager of Admissions & Foster, this position is crucial for the recruitment, training, and management of Foster Parents who care for animals. You will ensure animals are placed quickly, provide ongoing support, and maintain essential documentation throughout the process. Your leadership will foster a strong connection between staff and foster families, enhancing animal wellbeing across our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and retain dedicated foster families

• Organize and conduct training for Foster Parents

• Place animals in need of care efficiently

• Provide support to foster families consistently

• Maintain thorough records of foster operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma with leadership experience

• Experience with animal care beneficial

• Competency in Microsoft Office required

• Strong communication and organizational skills
