Lead daily operations as a Spa Manager in a dynamic spa setting. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee operations in our spa. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and must be organized and client-focused. This position requires on-site work, as remote options are not available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of the spa
• Evaluate and improve operational efficiency
• Plan and organize spa activities and services
• Establish policies and procedures for the team
• Manage budget and control inventory accurately
Requirements:
