This role requires a proactive leader with experience in hospitality. You will manage a diverse team, ensuring high performance and satisfaction levels among guests. Collaboration with department heads will help to shape and implement service strategies that exceed expectations and foster memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop team through effective supervision
• Address and resolve guest complaints tactfully
• Facilitate effective operational meetings to enhance service
• Communicate guest feedback for continuous improvement
• Inspire team engagement with corporate initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a relevant environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Degree in Business Management or related field
• Proficient communication and problem-solving abilities
• General knowledge of horse racing and wagering beneficial
