Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operations and ensure service consistency
• Develop operational strategies for event-specific needs
• Maintain rigorous food and safety standards
• Conduct performance reviews using flexible metrics
• Utilize product mix strategies for revenue opportunities
Requirements:
• Over 7 years in senior F&B management roles
• Proven experience managing P&L and operational efficiency
• Strong capability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
• Experience in large-scale event operations preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory processes
