Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all departmental managers and hourly employees

• Ensure safety and sanitation practices are maintained

• Plan and execute in-house and outside events

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of business management experience

• Strong financial literacy including P&L and inventory

• Proven strategic problem-solving skills

• Effective communication ability

• Personal organization and time management skills
