As a Part-Time Weekend Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a dynamic team of drivers to facilitate the collection of goods through various channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and motivate drivers for optimal performance

• Recruit and train new drivers per operational needs

• Manage delivery schedules to Value Village Stores

• Maintain accurate payroll records and monitor attendance

• Resolve customer concerns and oversee inventory tracking

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 license with 5 years of driving experience

• University degree or relevant work experience

• 2+ years in a scheduling environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
