We seek a dependable individual with a passion for service and a hands-on approach to managing various sites. In this role, you will leverage your experience in customer service and property management to oversee rental collection, site inspections, and contractor coordination. Flexibility is key, with weekends and evenings required as you contribute to our mission of creating quality living experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support teams across multiple residential sites
• Conduct rent collection and follow up on defaults
• Perform inspections of suites and showings
• Ensure timely contractor arrivals and compliance with contracts
• Assist with maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field is a plus
• Proficient with web-based programs
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the role
