The Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of the Family Resource Network (FRN) in Calgary, ensuring services are accessible and effective. You will oversee a diverse team while managing community partnerships aimed at improving the lives of children and families. Strong leadership and a commitment to quality improvement are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with FRN and organizational standards
• Collaborate with partners to coordinate service delivery
• Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Support staff recruitment and team training
Requirements:
• Degree in Child & Youth Care or similar discipline
• Minimum five years of experience in community service roles
• Current CPR and First Aid certification necessary
