Lead administrative excellence at First Service Residential as the Team Lead for Administrative Services in Alberta.
Your role will be pivotal in supporting community managers and enhancing team performance.
In this Calgary-based position, you will manage a team of associates in Community Support Services. With 3-5 years in a management role, you will ensure compliance, oversee schedules, and facilitate team training. Proficient use of MS Office tools is essential to thrive in this capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the administrative team
• Approve and manage team timecards in ADP
• Engage with stakeholders for feedback and improvements
• Conduct interviews and performance evaluations
• Ensure timely completion of complex projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in office management roles
• High school diploma or GED essential
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
