Regional Water Leader

Position: Regional Water Leader AECOM
Elevate AECOM’s Canada Water division as a Regional Business Line Leader. This hybrid position focuses on growth, client engagement, and operational excellence in water infrastructure.

In this senior leadership role, you will lead AECOM's Water business for the Canada region, focusing on profitability and client service. Through effective collaboration with global business lines, you will implement strategic initiatives and manage a robust P&L. Your leadership will guide staff development and client relationship enhancement across the market sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall performance in the Canada Water business

• Collaborate to develop strategic growth initiatives

• Direct profitable business pursuits and project delivery

• Represent AECOM at industry and municipal forums

• Communicate business objectives effectively to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive industry experience

• 15+ years of A/E/C leadership, including P&L

• 8+ years in business development and operations

• Outstanding communication skills for large audiences

• Proven record in regional business collaboration
