Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full M&A transaction lifecycle and negotiations
• Drive integration planning and monitor synergy achievements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years in M&A or Corporate Development
• Proven success in managing end-to-end M&A transactions
• Strong financial and deal structuring skills
• Preferred experience in SaaS or industrial technology
• Excellent communication and leadership presence
