• Monitor daily sales team activities and performance

• Bring the Nostalgia Townlet brand identity to life
Requirements:
• 5+ years in new home sales management
• Proven sales and customer service success for 2+ years
• Understanding of luxury communities is a plus
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of new home sales processes
