Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed shop drawings from architectural designs

• Manage and oversee multiple projects until final completion

• Monitor project progress, costs, and budgets effectively

• Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout projects

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial millwork or construction

• Proven project management experience with budgets over $1 million

• Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and design

• Strong organizational skills and self-starting attitude
