Position: Strategic Director of Advancement
Lead fundraising and impact initiatives as the Director of Advancement for Operation Eyesight, a mission-driven non-profit. Drive donor engagement, brand strategy, and long-term revenue growth.

Operation Eyesight is seeking a senior Director of Advancement to develop strategic fundraising initiatives pivotal for community health across Africa and South Asia. Reporting to the CEO, this role demands strong leadership to enhance donor relationships while strategizing revenue diversification. Your expertise in fundraising and communication will enhance the organization’s visibility and mission impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a multi-year advancement strategy aligned with priorities

• Manage major donors and build trust-based relationships

• Lead marketing and brand strategy initiatives

• Set KPIs and track campaign performance metrics

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary advancement team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 10+ years of fundraising experience

• 3–5 years in a leadership role

• Proven success in managing major donor relationships

• Strong communication and leadership skills
