We are looking for a dedicated individual with 2 to 3 years of experience in painting supervision. As a Painting Supervisor, you will coordinate workers' schedules, train staff, and ensure quality finishes on various surfaces. The role involves color mixing and advising clients on selections that match their visions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise painting crews and projects
• Coordinate project schedules and training for crew members
• Provide expert advice on color choices and materials
• Estimate project costs and order supplies accordingly
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint or wallpaper
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate
• 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in painting
• Open to relocation across various locations
• Permanent or temporary residency in Canada
