This leadership role requires a knowledgeable individual eager to travel between our Northeast and Downtown Calgary locations. You’ll engage in various tasks, from rent collection to suite inspections, ensuring all contractors deliver quality service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential, as is a commitment to providing top-tier customer service that reflects Boardwalk's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage teams and oversee daily operations across multiple sites
• Collect rent and manage payment defaults
• Conduct routine inspections and handle showings
• Coordinate contractor schedules and assign maintenance tasks
• Support snow removal and other upkeep activities
Requirements:
• 2 years customer service experience required
• Relevant post-secondary education advantageous
• Familiarity with technology and web-based applications
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage physical tasks and mobility requirements
