What We’re Looking For From You

  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on leadership style
  • Excellent communicator who leads by example
  • Organize and supervise up to 10 employees
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with training requirements

    Manage daily operations, task assignments, and equipment checks
  • Oversee material loading, scheduling, and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement and meet customer expectations
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of 10+ people
  • Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress
  • Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
  • Competent with reading Isometrics, P&IDs, and LDT’S
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that boosts morale
