In this full-time position based in Calgary, you will manage the operations of the Calgary Ministry Centre and additional facilities.
Your role includes overseeing maintenance, renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You'll leverage your facilities management skills to deliver excellent outcomes while upholding the mission of Samaritan’s Purse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety
• Oversee facility-related projects on budget and on time
• Supervise in-house maintenance and janitorial staff efforts
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
• Champion energy reduction and sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
• 7+ years in facilities management with multi-site experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong financial management and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects over $500k
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
