Key Responsibilities:

• Manage field and office geomatics professionals across various sites

• Ensure proper resource alignment for projects

• Cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Guide mentorship and development for new team members

• Collaborate on enhancing technical specifications and methodologies

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related engineering field or equivalent experience

• At least 10 years in survey and geomatics roles

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience

• Deep understanding of geomatics best practices

• Motivated to travel for operational oversight
