Position: Landscape Field Supervisor Role

In this role, you'll report directly to the management team while overseeing multiple field crews and job sites. The Field Supervisor is responsible for optimizing production rates, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering quality results. Coaching team members and implementing best practices will be integral to your success and that of the crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize field production across all landscaping projects

• Direct multiple crews with clear, effective communication

• Conduct safety training and enforce company policies

• Monitor equipment readiness and maintenance schedules

• Update the team on project goals and timelines

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a supervisory role in landscape construction

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Experience with LMN and related software tools

• Valid driver’s license required
