Position: Hands-On Landscape Operations Manager Role
United Calgary Landscapes & Maintenance seeks a Hands-On Landscape Operations Manager to lead and manage daily landscape services. This position involves significant fieldwork alongside supervising crews.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in commercial and residential landscaping, bringing at least 5 years of experience. You will oversee daily operations, ensure the effectiveness of projects, and maintain safety standards.

This role offers opportunities to step into the field and actively participate in landscaping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day landscape maintenance and construction

• Coordinate and supervise multiple field crews effectively

• Operate machinery like skid steers and excavators

• Transport necessary equipment and materials using trucks

• Conduct site visits for quality assurance and team training

Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial/residential landscaping experience

• Supervisory or management experience is beneficial

• Clean Class 5 Driver's Licence required

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage in physical work
