Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full land development lifecycle

• Oversee regulatory approval processes and due diligence

• Develop project timelines while monitoring budgets

• Guide and develop the Development team

• Collaborate on market and feasibility assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

• At least four years in a managerial land development role

• Valid driver’s license required

• Adept in Microsoft Office and related tools

• Clean criminal record necessary
