Long View seeks a results-driven Site Manager with over six years in client management or a similar role. You will be the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements while providing updates and managing escalations. Your technical foundation and leadership skills will be key in aligning client needs with effective, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor service level agreement performance continuously
• Act as primary contact for client communications
• Maintain relationships with sales and Client Success teams
• Manage change requests and ensure client approvals
• Safeguard documentation and client infrastructure
Requirements:
• 6+ years in managed services or client management
• Technical understanding of infrastructure
• Ability to be part of an on-call rotation
• Knowledge of ITIL and service management fundamentals
