Project Manager for Hospitality Builds

As an experienced Project Manager at BUILD IT, you will oversee significant assignments like the Jasper hospitality build. Your expertise in multi-trade projects will ensure successful execution from mobilization. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and maintain strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise all construction phases for various projects

• Coordinate resources and manage trades to meet timelines

• Own project documentation in Procore and ensure compliance

• Oversee financial control with accurate budgeting and cost reporting

• Build strong client relationships through effective communication

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of project control experience in commercial construction

• Education in Project Management or related field

• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
