Position: Slot Department Manager with Casino Experience
Drive performance and uphold standards as a Slot Manager responsible for front-line staff management. Ensure compliance with policies while overseeing operations in a dynamic casino environment.

This managerial role requires the Slot Manager to lead and supervise 8-12 team members daily. You will make critical decisions that impact revenue, staff performance, and guest relations. Strong experience in both customer service and cash handling is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Slot Department and front-line staff

• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Maintain guest transaction confidentiality and cash integrity

• Consult with the Casino General Manager on employee matters

• Ensure safe work practices and environment for all staff

Requirements:

• 5 years of managerial experience in a similar role

• 5 years in customer service and cash handling

• University education or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Additional training in management and conflict resolution preferred
