Step into a Senior Manager role in the Assurance team at BDO’s Calgary office. Focus on client service excellence while managing audit projects for public and NPO clients.
This position requires overseeing a variety of audit engagements and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with clients while actively participating in business development initiatives. You will also invest in training staff and promoting professional growth within the Assurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise audit engagements across diverse clients
• Prepare year-end audits in compliance with regulations
• Foster effective client communication and relationship management
• Engage in business development for new client opportunities
• Train and support team members for professional development
Requirements:
• Completed CPA designation
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience in public accounting
• Experience with ASPE and ASNPO standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Team-oriented approach focusing on quality service
