The Supervisor of Accounting & Finance will manage key functions including accounting, project controls, and transaction processing. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting operational goals. Strengthening processes and mentoring team members are vital to maximizing the department’s efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes

• Develop the accounting team through coaching and training

• Review journal entries and account reconciliations

• Support project cost controls and reporting

• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• CPA designation required

• 7+ years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and project controls

• Advanced skills in Excel and ERP systems
