Retail Network General Manager

Oversee the retail operations for Mack Trucks, Inc. as a General Manager. Drive strategic performance to enhance customer satisfaction and sustainable growth in your market.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of Mack Trucks' business strategy, ensuring resource adequacy and monitoring performance against KPIs. You will be responsible for P&L management, as well as for enhancing customer experiences while aligning local market needs with global initiatives. • Translate business strategies into local market action plans

• Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge performance

• Maintain reporting systems mandated by Volvo AB

• Ensure adequate market resources for business needs

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or related field

• Minimum 10 years in senior line management

• Experience in commercial vehicle retail or development

• Strong leadership and communication competencies

• High proficiency in English
