Lead the mission against domestic violence as Executive Director s full-time position in Calgary involves strategic leadership, advocacy, and community collaboration.

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will guide Home Front’s efforts in supporting victims of domestic violence.

Your role encompasses establishing strategic objectives, fostering teamwork between the Board and volunteers, and managing day-to-day operations effectively. Moreover, you will advocate for victims while representing the organization with stakeholders and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide vision and strategic planning alongside the Board

• Oversee operational planning and management of programs

• Ensure effective staff performance management processes

• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and funding efforts

• Foster community relations and advocacy initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field preferred

• 5-10 years of senior management experience

• Strong knowledge of domestic violence issues and resources

• Excellent strategic leadership and financial management skills

• Ability to establish collaborative relationships across sectors
