Key Responsibilities:

• Manage facility maintenance and office services in Calgary office

• Mentor Office Services Supervisor remotely as needed

• Conduct performance reviews and team onboarding

• Liaise with vendors to maintain service contracts

• Lead administrative operations ensuring timely resolutions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Administration or Facilities Management preferred

• Proven facility management experience essential

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational acumen
