Become the driving force behind the Slot Department as a Casino Slot Manager. Lead day-to-day operations, prioritize work, and support a team in providing exceptional service.
In this leadership position, you will manage about 8-12 staff members per shift, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining high service standards. Your responsibilities include staff development, performance evaluation, and strategic decision-making to enhance guest satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the operation of the Slot Department
• Make decisions on staffing, policies, and purchases
• Safeguard guest transaction and employee file confidentiality
• Collaborate with management on performance issues
• Promote a safe and efficient work environment for employees
Requirements:
• 5 years of prior managerial experience required
• 5 years in customer service and cash handling is advantageous
• University education or casino-specific experience required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Management training courses are a plus
