Join a respected brokerage in Alberta as a Client Experience Leader, where you’ll enhance client interactions and mentor service teams. Drive operational success through effective coaching and performance management.
In this critical role, you will lead and develop Commercial Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers while ensuring operational excellence. Your involvement in workflow improvements and your expertise with the EPIC system will help streamline service delivery. Engage directly with clients on escalated matters to ensure the highest service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor Commercial and Personal Lines teams
• Manage day-to-day operations and compliance reviews
• Ensure optimal utilization of EPIC systems and reporting
• Track performance metrics and service level standards
• Work closely with clients and support teams for complex cases
Requirements:
• 7+ years of brokerage experience in relevant fields
• Level 2 Alberta General Insurance License required
• Expertise in Applied EPIC for effective management
• Experience leading and developing licensed teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance markets and placements
