As Fleet Team Lead, you will play a critical role in managing daily routing and communication among truck and moving teams. Provide support for the safe handling and timely distribution of goods, ensuring a quality experience for donors and program participants. This supervisory position fosters collaboration across departments and contributes significantly to WINS’ mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily routing and delivery planning
• Communicate with retail and donation teams
• Coach team members on safety and service
• Ensure vehicle readiness and compliance
• Support volunteer coordination for logistics
Requirements:
• Must work legally in Canada
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in logistics or fleet
• Leadership experience highly valued
• Effective communication in English required
