Position: Senior Director, Advancement for Nonprofit
Drive impactful fundraising and brand strategies as Senior Director of Advancement at Operation Eyesight. This role focuses on major gifts, donor relationships, and performance accountability.

As the Senior Director of Advancement, you will be at the forefront of Operation Eyesight's mission to combat avoidable blindness. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead strategic initiatives to solidify diverse revenue streams and enhance donor engagement. Your leadership will guide a team in advocating for sustainable eye care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic advancement plan

• Cultivate major donor relationships and partnerships

• Lead brand and communication strategies

• Measure performance with established KPIs

• Mentor a multidisciplinary advancement team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines

• Over 10 years in fundraising, with leadership emphasis

• Experience managing major donor portfolios

• Strong financial acumen and organizational skills

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
