PMO Manager for Energy

Position: JLL PMO Manager for Energy Sector
Join JLL as a PMO Manager focused on energy sector projects in Calgary. You'll oversee project delivery, establishing governance frameworks and monitoring compliance across initiatives.

This role requires a minimum of 7 years of project management experience, where you'll act as an advisor in executive meetings, ensure projects adhere to budget and safety standards, and foster collaborations with clients and industry partners. You will also develop project management methodologies tailored to energy sector needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish governance frameworks and methodologies for projects

• Monitor portfolio scope, budget, and quality metrics

• Conduct project assessments to ensure regulatory compliance

• Facilitate strategic meetings with clients and stakeholders

• Create and standardize project management tools

Requirements:

• 7+ years in project management for facilities or commercial settings

• Technical degree in Engineering or related fields

• Strong understanding of Alberta safety regulations

• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
