EnPower Generation Asset Manager

As the Generation Asset Manager at EnPower, you will lead the asset performance and reliability initiatives. This role emphasizes safe and efficient operation while adhering to standards.

You will manage various projects, guide compliance practices, and oversee maintenance strategies for EnPower’s generation assets. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will ensure operational excellence and project execution that aligns with company objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety and reliability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of maintenance and project work

• Oversee compliance with ISO and regulatory standards

• Coordinate interconnection agreement activities

• Lead engineering support for operational improvements

• Develop and execute capital plans for enhancements

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years in industry management roles

• P.Eng designation required

• Proven experience in generation facility operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills
