Position: Demand Fulfillment Manager Role
Lead the Demand and Fulfillment Department with strategic foresight in this managerial position. Collaborate cross-functionally and drive team performance to meet inventory targets effectively.

In this role, you will work closely with the AVP to establish departmental goals, execute business strategies, and manage a high-performing team of Demand and Fulfillment Planners. Your responsibilities include enhancing daily operational functions, improving processes, and ensuring team development through proper training. You will also liaise with Merchants and Planning Teams to monitor key performance metrics closely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and set departmental goals with executive leadership

• Execute strategies in Demand and Fulfillment operations

• Manage a team of Demand and Fulfillment Planners

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proven leadership and team development experience

• Effective communication and presentation competencies

• Ability to drive change amidst ambiguity
