Transformational Operational Excellence Executive

Lead the charge in Operational Excellence at Finning Canada as a Transformational Executive. This role is integral to driving long-term operational change through strategic OE initiatives.

As the Head of Operational Excellence, you will create and implement a robust OE operational system, ensuring that every department aligns with the current standards. The position requires an expert with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments and a proven history of delivering substantial OE improvements. You will be pivotal in navigating a complex organizational landscape while developing high-performance teams.

• Design the service operating model and streamline processes
• Apply lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and flow
• Establish rigorous performance management and KPIs
• Lead improvement teams through targeted rapid initiatives
• Manage Caterpillar partnerships for OE strategy alignment

• Bachelors required; MBA or master's preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with deep OE expertise
• 10-15 years of OE leadership experience
• Proven history of enterprise transformations
• Expertise in OEM or heavy equipment environments
