- Define and implement regional strategies aligned with company goals
- Drive performance metrics and optimize project cash generation
- Foster relationships with municipal and federal clients
- Guide leaders in maintaining project delivery standards
- Engage actively with clients to meet their priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- At least 15 years of experience in senior engineering roles
- Proven experience in business development and leadership
- Strong communication skills and integrity
- Willingness to travel across Western Canada (20%)
