Senior Project Manager in Mechanical Construction

GDI Ainsworth is looking for a Senior Project Manager with 8–15 years of experience in mechanical construction. You will guide projects from planning through execution, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Your responsibility includes mentoring teams and coordinating with field leadership to ensure compliance and engineering standards across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical construction projects through all phases

• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and implementation

• Ensure contract and specification compliance

• Manage project budgets and forecasting effectively

• Mentor junior staff and project coordinators

Requirements:

• 8–15 years in mechanical project management

• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project

• Strong financial and scheduling skills

• PMP or engineering certification preferred

• Valid Driver’s License required
