Position: Environmental Director at Parsons West
Lead environmental initiatives at Parsons as the Environmental Director for Canada West. Drive strategic projects while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations across the region.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll manage the coordination and growth of environmental services across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. With over 15 years of industry experience, you will focus on multidisciplinary projects in transportation and mining, fostering client relationships and ensuring best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic environmental plans

• Acquire resources tailored to project demands

• Ensure quality assurance for environmental documentation

• Act as Project Manager on major infrastructure projects

• Lead business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• 15+ years of environmental project experience

• Degree in science or related field

• Established relationships with key regional clients

• Expertise in stakeholder and Indigenous community engagement

• Strong leadership in complex project environments
