Lead operations at our Bottle Depot as a Supervisor. This permanent role focuses on team training, performance reviews, and operational logistics in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a dedicated Bottle Depot Supervisor who will manage a team of 5-10 employees. This role involves coordinating activities across departments and arranging staff training to enhance efficiency. You will prepare reports, establish work schedules, and ensure smooth operational logistics while working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate activities across various work units

• Prepare and submit operational reports

• Train and evaluate workers on policies

• Arrange training sessions for team members

• Establish work schedules and oversee procedures

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate

• Ability to train and manage a small team

• Capacity to handle weights up to 23 kg

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
