The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including full P&L accountability. With a focus on customer relationships, you will manage a skilled team of installers while enhancing product sales to independent installers and dealerships. Your leadership will be crucial in meeting revenue goals and keeping clients satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the installation facility
• Manage and develop a team of skilled installers
• Maintain relationships with independent installers and dealerships
• Monitor product usage and introduce new offerings
• Analyze market data to develop customer strategies
Requirements:
• Associate degree or higher in Business or Marketing
• 5 years of relevant experience in management
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in automotive
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
