Position: XPEL Installation Facility Store Manager
Lead operations at XPEL's installation facility as the Store Manager. This role focuses on team management, client satisfaction, and achieving sales objectives in the automotive sector.

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including full P&L accountability. With a focus on customer relationships, you will manage a skilled team of installers while enhancing product sales to independent installers and dealerships. Your leadership will be crucial in meeting revenue goals and keeping clients satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the installation facility

• Manage and develop a team of skilled installers

• Maintain relationships with independent installers and dealerships

• Monitor product usage and introduce new offerings

• Analyze market data to develop customer strategies

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher in Business or Marketing

• 5 years of relevant experience in management

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in automotive

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
