Key Responsibilities:- Inspire and lead a team of 6+ professionals
- Develop client engagement strategies for projects
- Manage projects from concept to construction phases
- Optimize performance and operational objectives
- Implement mentorship and career development initiatives
- Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- 15+ years in consulting or municipal engineering
- 8+ years in managing technical teams
- Robust knowledge of municipal engineering design
- Familiarity with Red Deer regional markets
