  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, capital framework, and business priorities

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans, targets, and value creation initiatives across production, capital, operating, and G&A spend

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance & Risk, Strategy & Planning, HR, and business teams to align on performance, workforce planning, and investment priorities

  • Maintain and prioritize capital investment tracking (adds/cuts) and support Investment Committee decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support external financial disclosures, including quarterly and annual statements and MD&A

  • Align business planning inputs and methodologies with corporate standards, including price decks, evaluation frameworks, and risk assumptions

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, clarity, and continuous development
