As President, you will report directly to the CEO while executing strategy across several divisions, including HVAC and plumbing. Requirements:

• Proven senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility

• Strong background in mechanical contracting or construction

• Expertise in project and service-based operations

• Strong financial skills in budgeting and forecasting
